Substrate

Applicable on a wide range of substrate such as non-absorbent surface papers and all types of label stock, ex. PP, PE

Recommended applications

Available for wide range of label applications such as wine, champagne, liquor, cosmetics and suitable for shrinking process with consistent metal effect.

Relevant equipment

Applicable on suitably modified reel-to-reel label presses with cold foil unit, ex. Gallus, Mark Andy, Nilpeter….presses

Operating hints

UV adhesive weight: Label films:3.0~6.0 g/m2; Non-absorbent paper:6.0~8.0g/m2
Running speed: 40M – 120M /per minute
UV lamp output: Higher 180W/cm (450 W/inch)
Ensure that you use an appropriate adhesive, ex. Flint XSYS、Paragon、JS、Northwest、Select、Sun Chemical…cold foil UV adhesives
Ensure the hardness of nip roller is between 85 to 90 shore A hardnes
